Confluence Krav Maga

Confluence Krav Maga ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS messaging program for its members and, where the member is a child, their parents or guardians. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Messages are delivered through Twilio on our behalf.

Text messaging is opt-in only. We will never text you unless you have agreed to it. You may opt in either by:
The checkbox is not pre-checked, providing a mobile number is optional, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any goods or services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of the enrolled member, and you must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. Where the member is a child, the parent or guardian gives and manages this consent.
Message frequency varies based on your class schedule and billing cycle. You can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by texting STOP to 2059472831. You can also turn text messages off in your member profile. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from this program of any kind, including billing and account messages.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel your membership or your payment obligations. We will continue to send account and billing notices — receipts, invoices, failed payments, class cancellations — by email, as described in our privacy policy.

Wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Our text messages are sent through Twilio. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
We respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that operate our membership platform and deliver our messages — MyMemberForge and Twilio — and only so that they can perform those services for us.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be posted here, and continued participation in the messaging program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
